ASAP Appliance Rentals

ASAP Appliance Rental Company was established in 1979 as a rental/retail store in Pacific Beach by John Schilling.

Sometime in the early 80's, the business simplified operations and became exclusively a rental outlet. The business served the beach communities and inland around Clairemont, Linda Vista, Tierrasanta and surrounding areas. In 1986, David S. Hemesath joined in, managed ASAP and opened shop in Chula Vista and began serving the South Bay and Imperial Beach areas.

Soon after adding some great employees to the team, we closed the gap and began serving the metro San Diego area, Mission Valley, North and South Park, Hillcrest, City Heights, and the College area. Meanwhile, we continued expanding from P.B. to La Jolla, University City to Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch. In 1992, ASAP consolidated operations and acquired a main facility with a warehouse, office and complete maintenance shop located at 3130 Main St. across from the U.S. Naval Base San Diego.

ASAP is currently owned by the Hemesath family. We are located in Lemon Grove, CA, where we have centralized our location to serve a wider area of San Diego County. Our goal is to provide rental appliances at low rates with the fastest service and to make it simple. Just call the office with your name, address and phone number, and we can pinpoint your location. We'll help you with the type of hook-up or dimensions of the appliances you'll need. No credit checks! We provide appliances to any and everyone the next day! We provide washers and dryers at a rate lower than what it would cost at the laundromat and any maintenance or exchanges are included at no additional cost. The rates we quote include everything. There are no hidden costs.

We specialize in providing portable, compact washers that hook up to your kitchen sink. No hook-ups needed at your apartment! Just roll the washer to your sink, snap on the hose to our adapter and do some laundry! We also provide refrigerators for temporary housing needs as many rental apartments and houses don't include appliances. We have rentals available for your party or temporary units that you can use while your appliance is waiting for repair. You might just want an extra fridge in the garage for the summer.
